Planar is an all-metal, highly rigid and accurate desktop CNC machine for woods, plastics, aluminum and other non-ferrous materials.
Planar features precision rotating ball nut drives on all axis for highest precision.
The set includes everything required for easy assembly and the machine is designed to accommodate all of our expansion sets without any modifications to the machine including dust collection, coolant cutting, and vacuum hold.
The machine pan can hold two gallons of liquid for coolant cutting and the T-slot table has machined-in channels for vacuum holding.
Planar has a low magnetic footprint and its small footprint makes it suitable for installation in small areas such as shops, garages, laboratories, and MRI departments.
The X/Z axis set comes fully assembled. All parts, required hardware, linear motion parts, rotating ball nut drives, and cable chains as shown, and special gauges and jigs for assembly are included.
